It’s here! The Coffee Camp by the Clouds that takes you from the heart of the city to the breathtaking mountains, just a couple of hours from Manila! On March 16-17, 2024, we usher in the summer season as coffee lovers embark on a journey from the dazzling energy of a coffee festival to serene countryside views in Tanay Rizal where we will learn all about coffee farming, roasting and brewing — including workshops on how to create our own herb garden, and tea-making!
Registration fee already includes a day-pass at the festival, either on March 15 where you can hang out at the VerraCoffee booth, or on March 17 to catch the last day of the festival.
What to expect during the Tanay Coffee Camp by the Clouds:

Coffee-based agroforestry where you will learn how the environment plays a part in your coffee cup! And there will also be a tree-planting activity and hands-on training on the processing methods.
Hands-on training on the basics and principles behind coffee roasting, manual brewing and espresso-making and drink creation (including latte and basic latte-art)
Teas that can be grown in the Philippines, including a workshop on planting your own herb garden, the uses and benefits of herbs for tea, cooking and your health and wellness, the basics of tea-making
